Roll'n roll'n roll'n... YAY!

After many weeks of toy-bribery, coaching, cheering and even "how to" demonstration from myself, Little P can *finally* roll from her back to her tummy!!!

YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY! (Can you tell I'm a little overjoyed with her achievement and suffering from a bit of "uber-proud parent" right now :o)

Mini Raspberry Shortcakes

  • 1 packet Arnott's Arno Shortbread biscuits, crushed
  • 100g butter, melted
  • 120g mascarpone cheese
  • 1 tblsp honey
  • 1 packet frozen raspberries
  • ¼ cup raspberry conserve, heated for glazing
