MidnightCode MythTV Theme [MD5]

ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS:
Some graphics in this theme package are original graphics from the Abstract MythTV theme by Michael Jay Sherman and from the Default MythTV theme from the MythTV project.
All other art-work for this theme was developed by Texas Slim of LifeisnoStorybook.com - she only stopped development to give birth.

FEATURES:
The following features, options and extensions have been considered in the development of this theme;

  • This theme supports the following MythTV modules; MythBrowser, MythDVD, MythGallery, MythGame, MythMusic, MythNews, MythPhone, and MythWeather. There is also coded, but untested, support for MythWebCam.
  • The theme itself is of reasonable contrast, so as to sustain good readability. It has also been designed to provide the most consistent navigation experience possible, across all modules/plugins.
  • The List View for MythVideo is recommended for the best mix of navigation and per-content item detail.
  • This theme was tested successfully on MythTV version 0.18.1
  • By popular demand, version 1.1 of the theme supports a visible row limit of seven (7) menu items. This removes the need for scrolling in the menu system.

Hello Willo - from my testing the theme works ok in v0.18, and will result in some mild crashing in v0.19 (of MythTV). One of the crashes I see is in the Music section. If you've left an email address I will contact you directly, but I'd say you're either using 0.19 or Dev (maybe dev Head), which we know to have problems with this theme at this time. I have been slack, I have installed 0.19 to fix these issues but haven't done the leg work. I have produced an updated version of the theme (v1.1) for MythTV (v0.18) that will show all menu items - i.e. removes the scrollers; Tex and I will put this online in the next day or so. We've still got some work to do to get a MythTV v0.19 version of the theme working properly. Hope that helps ..

I'm getting an error with option 3 - "the theme you are using does not contain the "musictree" element. Please contact the theme creator. Any ideas on how to fix this?
